Το Πνευματικό Κέντρο του Δήμου Λευκάδας οργάνωσε εκδήλωση για την «Παρουσίαση τριών έργων Ιστορίας και Λαογραφίας της Λευκάδας» το Σάββατο 9 Νοεμβρίου και ώρα 18.00 στην αίθουσα συνεδρίων του Πολιτιστικού Κέντρου, Αγγ. Σικελιανού 1, Λευκάδα.

 

Μεταξύ των έργων περιλαμβάνεται η έκδοση του Κέντρου Λαογραφίας: Τραγούδια και χοροί της Λευκάδας / Traditional Songs and Dances from Lefkada, (Συλλογή: Σπυρ. Δ. Περιστέρης 1963, 1966, επιμέλεια Ιωάννης Πλεμμένος), Σειρά Πηγές του Λαικού Πολιτισμού αρ. 5, Αθήνα 2010, σελ. 128 + 2 CD, [Συνέκδοση με την Νομαρχιακή Αυτοδιοίκηση Λευκάδας, ISBN : 978-960-93-2279-9].

Tην εκδήλωση χαιρέτησε  ο Δήμαρχος Λευκάδας κ. Κώστας Αραβανής και ετίμησε με την παρουσία του ο Ακαδημαϊκός κ. Παναγιώτης Βοκοτόπουλος. Την εκδήλωση συντόνισε ο κ. Τριαντάφυλλος Σκλαβενίτης, Διευθυντής Ερευνών ΙΤΕ/ΕΙΕ. Ο κ. Δημήτρης Τσερές διάβασε κείμενο του καθηγητή Σπύρου Ασδραχά. Η κυρία Ευτυχία Λιάτα, Διευθύντρια Ερευνών ΙΤΕ/ΕΙΕ παρουσίασε το έργο «Ταξινόμηση και καταλογογράφηση των Αρχείων Νομού Λευκάδας (1684-1864)». Ο κ. Ηλίας Κολοβός, Επίκουρος Καθηγητής Ιστορίας Πανεπιστημίου Κρήτης, Συνεργάτης ΙΜΣ/ΙΤΕ παρουσίασε το έργο «Εντοπισμός, μεταγραφή, μετάφραση, και έκδοση των οθωμανικών πηγών για την ιστορία της Λευκάδας».

Η κυρία Αικατερίνη Πολυμέρου-Καμηλάκη, Διευθ. ΚΕΕΛ / Ακαδημίας Αθηνών ομίλησε για τις εργασίες του Κέντρου Λαογραφίας της Ακαδημίας Αθηνών στην Λευκάδα. Ο κ. Ιωάννης Πλεμμένος, Ερευνητής του Κέντρου Λαογραφίας της Ακαδημίας Αθηνών παρουσίασε την έκδοση «Τραγούδια και χοροί της Λευκάδας».

Η ανακοίνωση του Πνευματικού Κέντρου του Δήμου Λευκάδας έχει ως εξής:

Το Πνευματικό Κέντρο του Δήμου Λευκάδας οργανώνει εκδήλωση για την «Παρουσίαση τριών έργων Ιστορίας και Λαογραφίας της Λευκάδας» το Σάββατο 9 Νοεμβρίου και ώρα 18.00 στην αίθουσα συνεδρίων του Πολιτιστικού Κέντρου.

- Εντοπισμός, μεταγραφή, μετάφραση, και έκδοση των οθωμανικών πηγών για την ιστορία της Λευκάδας.
- Τραγούδια και χοροί της Λευκάδας.

Φορείς εκτέλεσης των έργων είναι :
- το Εθνικό Ίδρυμα Ερευνών / Ινστιτούτο Ιστορικών Ερευνών
- το Ίδρυμα Τεχνολογίας Έρευνας / Ινστιτούτο Μεσογειακών Σπουδών
- η Ακαδημία Αθηνών / Κέντρο Ερεύνης της Ελληνικής Λαογραφίας
