Η Βιβλιοθήκη του Κέντρου Λαογραφίας της Ακαδημίας Αθηνών προχωρά σε σταδιακή επαναλειτουργία από την Τετάρτη 16.6.2021.

Το αναγνωστήριο της Βιβλιοθήκης θα είναι ανοιχτό Δευτέρα έως Παρασκευή 10.00 – 14.00 μ.μ..  Ο μέγιστος αριθμός των χρηστών του αναγνωστηρίου θα είναι 2 άτομα. Η πρόσβαση σε αυτό θα γίνεται, αποκλειστικά, κατόπιν προηγούμενης συνεννόησης με την υπεύθυνη του αναγνωστηρίου κα Κλεοπάτρα-Μελίτα Φατούρου (τηλ. 210.3664772).

Για να κλείσετε ραντεβού ακολουθείτε τα παρακάτω βήματα:

1. Αναζητήστε τη βιβλιογραφία που σας ενδιαφέρει μέσω του ηλεκτρονικού καταλόγου http://opac.academyofathens.gr/OPAC.html.  Ο μέγιστος αριθμός βιβλίων είναι 5.

2. Αποστείλετε ηλεκτρονικό μήνυμα στην διεύθυνση [email protected] σημειώνοντας τα στοιχεία επικοινωνίας σας και τη βιβλιογραφία που επιθυμείτε να μελετήσετε.

Στη συνέχεια θα επικοινωνήσουμε μαζί σας προκειμένου να προγραμματιστεί η ημέρα και η ώρα προσέλευσης.  Για την άμεση και καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση των αναγνωστών θα τηρηθεί σειρά προτεραιότητας.  Παρακαλούνται οι αναγνώστες, σε περίπτωση αδυναμίας προσέλευσης, να ενημερώνουν εγκαίρως είτε τηλεφωνικά είτε με αποστολή ηλεκτρονικού μηνύματος.

Κατά την είσοδο στο κτήριο είναι υποχρεωτική η απολύμανση των χεριών με το αντισηπτικό υγρό και η χρήση μάσκας κατά την παραμονή σε αυτό.

Ο αναγνώστης τελειώνοντας, αφήνει τα βιβλία σε προκαθορισμένο σημείο που του υποδεικνύεται.  Τα βιβλία δεν μπορούν να ξαναχρησιμοποιηθούν για 72 ώρες.
