   Πραγματοποιήθηκε με μεγάλη επιτυχία το Σάββατο 30 Απριλίου 2011 και ώρα 19.00 στην κατάμεστη από κόσμο αίθουσα εκδηλώσεων του Γενικού Λυκείου Κρανιδίου η παρουσίαση της έκδοσης του Κέντρου Λαογραφίας της Ακαδημίας Αθηνών: Σωτηρίου Τσιάνη, Ιωάννη Καϊμάκη - Σταύρου Κοκκάλα, Δημοτικά τραγούδια από το Βαλτέτσι Αρκαδίας Folksongs from Valtetsi, Arcadia, [2 τόμοι + 12 CD και 1 DVD], Αθήνα 2010.

Την εκδήλωση οργάνωσαν ο Δήμος Ερμιονίδος και ο Σύλλογος των απανταχού Βαλτετσιωτών «O Κολοκοτρώνης». Ομίλησαν οι Δημήτριος Καμιζής, δήμαρχος Ερμιονίδας, Φώτης Δημητρακόπουλος, καθηγητής του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών, Αικατερίνη Πολυμέρου-Καμηλάκη, Διευθύντρια του Κέντρου Λαογραφίας και Ευάγγελος Καραμανές, ερευνητής του Κέντρου Λαογραφίας. Τον λόγο έλαβαν και οι συγγραφείς του τόμου Σωτήριος Τσιάνης και Σταύρος Κοκκάλας. Ακολούθησε προβολή ταινίας για το Βαλτέτσι που περιλαμβάνεται στην έκδοση. Σε μουσικό διάλειμμα ακούστηκαν δημοτικά άσματα από ομάδα Βαλτετσιωτών και από χορωδία της Ερμιονίδας.
